As a young talented woman, I am dedicated and passionate advocate for gender equality, peace and climate justice. With extensive experience in leadership and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing women today, I am committed to empowering women and girls to achieve their full potential especially in promoting sustainable development.
My interest as an educationist revolve around advancing inclusive education especially for teenage mothers and children or girls in street situations and climate change education. I hold a masters of educational research from Moi university, Kenya and a post graduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation. I have exercised my leadership in various organizations as programs lead, researcher, monitoring and evaluation consultant, educationist and chief of operations. My leadership style is collaborative and results-driven, and I strongly believe in the power of teamwork and community building. I have a proven track record of building and managing effective teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving impactful initiatives that promote sustainable development.
As an experienced advocate, I have successfully engaged with policymakers and stakeholders at all levels to promote policies and practices that support sustainable development. I am adept at developing and implementing advocacy strategies that influence decision-making and drive systemic change. In all aspects of my work, I prioritize transparency, accountability, and integrity. I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring that our organization operates with transparency and fairness.
