As a young talented woman, I am dedicated and passionate advocate for gender equality, peace and climate justice. With extensive experience in leadership and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing women today, I am committed to empowering women and girls to achieve their full potential especially in promoting sustainable development.
My interest as an educationist revolve around advancing inclusive education especially for teenage mothers and children or girls in street situations and climate change education. I hold a masters of educational research from Moi university, Kenya and a post graduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation. I have exercised my leadership in various organizations as programs lead, researcher, monitoring and evaluation consultant, educationist and chief of operations. My leadership style is collaborative and results-driven, and I strongly believe in the power of teamwork and community building. I have a proven track record of building and managing effective teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving impactful initiatives that promote sustainable development.
As an experienced advocate, I have successfully engaged with policymakers and stakeholders at all levels to promote policies and practices that support sustainable development. I am adept at developing and implementing advocacy strategies that influence decision-making and drive systemic change. In all aspects of my work, I prioritize transparency, accountability, and integrity. I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring that our organization operates with transparency and fairness.
Above all, I am deeply committed to creating a world in which women and girls are empowered to lead the transition to a more sustainable and equitable future, and I believe that through our work together, we can make Biwa’s vision a reality.

Educationist, Strategist and Advisor driven by SDGs at convergence of Gender, Education, Climate and Sustainability has more than two decades of rich experience.  She is a Multipotentialite, with varied interests and expertise as advisor, trainer, researcher, administrator, and professor. Highly active in co-curriculars both as a professor and at personal level. Currently following her passion for SDGs, she is researcher at United Nations University-Merit and Maastricht University -Netherlands. She is also expert in policy drafting, monitoring and evaluation and impact evaluation using both quantitative as well as qualitative approach. She is on advisory board of five organizations globally. She worked as Head of the Department and Professor at Maharaja Surajmal Institute (GGSIP University) New Delhi for 18 years and had been a prolific author of eight book and researcher with 100+ research papers. She has conducted more than 100 workshops/ training programs for managers and faculty, and guided PhDs.  Prior to that she worked with Today Advertising, Essex Farms and Havell’s India limited as advertising, media management, business development and marketing manager. She is PhD from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, MBA from USMS, Kurukshetra University.
